The staff went above and beyond to provide amazing service, even making accommodations for load shedding. The modern and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. this hotel offered incredible value for money and I will definitely be returning.

Had an incredible New Year's experience with breathtaking ocean views and the chance to see wildlife up close! the location was perfect, with easy access to scenic drives and hiking trails. the facilities were amazing, from the beautifully designed rooms to the modern amenities offered. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

It would have been nice to have had more provisions in place to counteract this.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect, with stunning sea views and the chance to go fishing. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed with the parking and transportation options. Being surrounded by nature was a real treat, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

You can hear the sound of the waves from your room and enjoy the beautiful scenery from a large stoep. the units are modern, comfortable, and spacious, with well-equipped bathrooms and braai facilities. It is close to restaurants in the neighbourhood and offers free wifi.

The hotel does not have back-up power during load shedding, which may affect communication in case of an emergency.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our cottage, just a stone's throw from the shoreline, was cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had amazing views from every window, leaving us wanting for very little more. The walking trails through the reserve were well signed and cleared, with informative boards along the way. The summit point and the whale point lookout had breathtaking views.

The hotel could maybe improve by adding some sun loungers or comfortable outdoor seating.
